This user guide is a guide on how to use our Photo and Remark features that have been recently added into our Linkhaul Customer app.
Shipper and consignee (customers) are now able to take photos & input comments before accepting your container delivery.
In order to do so, first login into your Linkhaul Customer App, and select any container that is pending for delivery:
Then click on the 'Photo' icon to capture any images for this container during delivery:
Snap a photo and and confirm your submission:
Your captured photo will be updated into your container details:
Next, you can also drop a comment about your container, for example if your container is damaged or is in dirty condition, you may insert these remarks into during this delivery process as below. Just click on 'Remarks' icon to input your comments:
Type your comments into this remark section & click submit:
You will be able to see the remark you have added in the container details as below:
You can also update your remark again by clicking the 'Remarks' icon again:
Once the container has been delivered to you, you can view your uploaded photos & remark in the electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) in the Collection stage:
Note:
1. Please ensure to upload photo or add remarks if any before allowing the driver to scan the QR code for delivery confirmation.
2. Should there is any uploaded photo that you would like to be removed, kindly contact Linkhaul support for assistance.
