This is a guide for self-manage changes for haulier with Asolute integration.
What does self-manage changes mean?
Self-manage changes means changes that can be made or to be made by your own or Lister after the job is submitted.
There are two categories of changes that occurs in Linkhaul:
Category 1: Changes with No Approval Required
- Changes made by lister for jobs with required date / RFC more than a day (no approval is required).
- Email notification will be sent to both lister & haulier for the changes made.
- Any changes made will be auto reflected in LinkHaul and Asolute accordingly.
- All changes made will be available in Audit Log for reference.
Category 2: Changes with Approval Required
- Changes made by lister within a day of the required date or after the job started (subject to approval for any changes made)
- Email notification (with detail changes) will be sent to both lister & haulier for the changes made.
- Haulier need to accept/approve the changes and apply changes under LH Change Log in Asolute for the changes to reflect in Asolute.
- All changes made will be available in Audit Log for reference.
Category 1: Changes with No Approval Required
a) Pending Acceptance
1. View your assigned job under Pending Acceptance in Asolute.
2. When lister makes any changes to their pending acceptance job, haulier will be notified via Linkhaul: Job Update email notification:
3. The job in Asolute with the previous details will be automatically cancelled by Asolute system and will be replaced with an automatically created new job.
The new automatically created job will be under "Pending Acceptance" with the updated changed details:
4. Haulier can click on the job's audit log to review the approved changes in Linkhaul for reference:
b) Job Accepted but not started and required date more than a day
1. This refers to Jobs accepted by Haulier on Asolute, but have not started and required date more than a day.
2. Once lister made any changes in their job, haulier will receive this Linkhaul: Job Update email notification:
3. Changes are automatically applied to your Asolute job details:

c) Changes that can be performed by Haulier
Haulier can only perform changes related to container status from the "Pickup" stage to the "Dropoff" stage. Once container has been completed, any changes made thereafter will not be synced.
If you undo your container movement, it should be reflected and synced back to Linkhaul:
For example, you have started pickup & delivery, therefore in Linkhaul, the container status is now Pending RFC.
However, in Asolute you would like to undo the delivery time:
Once you undo the delivery time, Linkhaul will show the container status as Pending Delivery:
Any other changes done to the job details by Haulier in Asolute would not be synced/updated to LinkHaul
Changes to the job details should only be done by the lister. Therefore, if there are any details to the job that require changing, please inform your lister or contact us at LinkHaul to perform the necessary steps.
Category 2: Changes with Approval Required
a) Pending Acceptance
If job is under Pending Acceptance, haulier will undergo below process:
1. View your assigned job under Pending Acceptance in Asolute:
2. When lister make any changes to their pending acceptance job that required approval, haulier will be notified via email notification with the detail of the changes as follow:
3. Click on the underlined job to view and approve/decline the changes:
4. You will be redirected to Linkhaul's Change Request page to approve or decline the changes made by your lister:
5. Once you have approved the change request above, your Asolute job earlier will be auto cancelled and new job with the updated changed details will be created:

6. Haulier can click on the job's audit log to review the approved changes again in Linkhaul:
b) Job Accepted & already Started
Once job has been accepted and started, the lister will need to have the haulier's approval for any change request.
1. Accepted and already started job on Asolute:
2. When lister make any changes to their Linkhaul job, haulier will be notified with the detail of the changes via email notification:
3. Click on the Job Reference Number to view and approve/decline the changes:
4. Approve/decline your lister's Change Request:
5. Go to "LinkHaul Change Log" in Asolute, then tick the column of your desired job.
Then, right-click & click "Apply Changes" to apply changes made by Lister into your Asolute job:
Note: If lister has made 2 Change Request at the same time & you have not applied change log yet, proceed to apply the change log based on their time sequence, from oldest to newest.
View the changes that has been applied into your job from the first Change Request:
Apply the second LinkHaul Change Log for the same job & see the changes reflected into your job again:
6. Check your "Track and Trace" to view the LinkHaul Change Log that you have previously applied:
What happens if Lister request for changes after job is completed?
Once all container(s) of the particular job are dropped off, the job status will changed to Completed.
At this stage, no changes are allowed at this point by both Lister and Haulier.
However, your lister may request any changes through the correspondence section on LinkHaul & an email notification will be sent to you as below:
