What should I do if I forgot password?

If you forgot password, you can request to reset the password easily. 

Step 1: Click "Forgot password" at the SIGN IN page.

Step 2: Enter your login email address and click "Submit Reset Request".

Step 3: A temporary password will send to your login email. 

Step 4: Once successfully login, you will be prompted to set your new password.
